Netex is delighted to congratulate Video Arts, our content partner, to have won two Gold Awards at the 2015 WorldMediaFestival. The Video Arts Essentials series, fully available in our catalogue, has been honoured with two Gold Awards, one in the Corporate TV: Learning category and another in the Training: Learning Programmes category. Video Arts wanted the Essentials series to deliver swift, concise learning in the form of bite-size videos that are accessible, relevant and rewarding. This achievement proves that Video Arts approach is delivering highly effective and compelling learning! Experienced professionals from around the world in the field of film and video production, as well as subject matter experts, evaluated more than 700 entries. The criteria they use include writing, sound, editing, creativity, visuals, insights, and above all the extent to which the programme meets its goals and communicates with the intended audience. The Management Essentials is compiled of must-have skills for managing people and teams (including recruiting, motivation, coaching and leadership) and was credited in the Corporate TV: Learning category. The Workplace Essentials include learning points to help every employee succeed in the workplace (including meetings, negotiation, dealing with colleagues and time management), and was recognised in the Training: Learning Programmes category. Both series are available as online libraries or interactive e-learning courses. The third instalment in the Essentials series will be the Customer Service Essentials which will be launched in Summer 2015.
