Netex to develop Real Madrid Foundation’s digital academy for over 90 countries

The Real Madrid Foundation has selected Netex to develop Sport Values Academy, its new global digital learning platform designed for coaches, education professionals and collaborators linked to its international sports and social programmes. This partnership reinforces Netex’s positioning as a key technology partner in learning transformation at global scale.

The platform will initially support more than 5,000 users distributed across more than 90 countries, consolidating an international learning infrastructure that meets the needs of a global social organisation.

A scalable solution for international digital learning

The project will be built on Netex Cloud, Netex’s learning ecosystem, from which the Foundation will centralise its online and hybrid learning programmes. The platform will initially be available in Spanish and English, enabling the scaling of new programmes internationally without the need to multiply technological infrastructures.

The solution responds to a structural change in the learning sector: international organisations increasingly seek centralised environments that combine user management, content distribution and personalised learning in a single ecosystem. This model avoids the typical fragmentation of dispersed solutions and significantly reduces operational complexity.

Artificial intelligence and adaptive learning

Sport Values Academy will incorporate artificial intelligence-based tools and adaptive learning to personalise the learning experience for each user. The platform will offer personalised learning pathways, real-time progress evaluation and advanced learning management features designed to enhance both user experience and learning impact.

The Real Madrid Foundation particularly valued the technological flexibility of Netex Cloud, Netex’s demonstrated international experience and its ability to support learning transformation processes at global scale.

From vendors to transformation partners

This partnership reinforces a consolidated trend in the sector: the shift from vendor-based platform models towards partnerships where technology and consultancy support the comprehensive transformation of learning programmes. For Netex, it represents a significant milestone in its international expansion and validates its hybrid model of technology, pedagogical consultancy and implementation services.

We have entered a new stage of digital learning. We can now offer much more personalised experiences thanks to artificial intelligence. Technology will not replace the human element of learning, but it will help organisations better understand how their teams learn and respond more agilely to their development needs.

The Real Madrid Foundation project is the best example of how we approach learning and reinforces our international trajectory.
