The eLearning Network has announced its biggest ever digital learning conference with a three-track programme, over 40 conference speakers, brilliant keynotes from Dr Rebecca Gordon and Nick Shackleton-Jones, leading experts in their learning fields, and a dedicated exhibition showing the best in innovative learning.

The eLN CONNECT Annual Conference is marking 2017 as their 30th anniversary and a networking party will celebrate such special event.

eLN Connect’s three dedicated conference streams include:

  • Real-world solutions: Case studies from success stories looking at elearning in action.
  • Disruptors and innovators: Who will be tomorrow’s heroes? Speakers will reveal the secrets of their leading-edge technology and what it means for today’s organisations.
  • Elearning’s Big Debate: Questions from expert consultants and the audience themselves!

Within Stream 2 “Disruptors and innovators”, Netex will offer the sesison Breaking the course structure and design learning experiences for continual learning”, introduced by UK Sales Director, Roshan Patel, and learningPlay Product Manager and Learning Strategist, Sumedh Kasare.

In this era of exponential information burst, the restrictive nature of traditional formal elearning falls way too short. With shrinking half-life of knowledge, the walls of ‘Course Based learning’ are proving to be limiting the knowledge flow than enabling it. Learner’s reducing attention span and increasing engagement deficit makes it all the more difficult to get effective ROI on your training programs.

Join us, as we take you through Netex’s award winning learning experience platform, learningPlay. And learn how learningPlay helps you inculcate a culture of continuous learning using Gamification, MacroLearning, MicroLearning, Social Learning and Spaced Learning.
