Netex achieves LPI Gold Accreditation and strengthens its position in the UK

Netex Learning has been awarded the 2026 Gold Accreditation by the Learning and Performance Institute, the highest level granted by this UK-based independent organisation. This places the company among the only three organisations worldwide to achieve this distinction this year.

The recognition comes at a time when organisations are raising their criteria for selecting learning providers, increasingly incorporating performance metrics and external validation standards, particularly in highly competitive markets such as the UK.

A market that demands results

The LPI accreditation process assesses providers’ ability to design and deliver learning solutions in complex business environments, with a specific focus on operational impact.

Gold status is awarded only to organisations that meet the most demanding standards across areas such as strategy, business model, technological capabilities, client relationships, and impact measurement.

In Netex’s case, the company achieved scores above 75% across all evaluated areas, reflecting the strength of its model at a global level.

“This type of accreditation reflects a clear shift in the market. Organisations are no longer looking for providers that simply deliver training, but for partners capable of demonstrating direct impact on their operations,” says Carlos Ezquerro, CEO of Netex Learning.

“Being part of this select group means competing in an environment where expectations are defined by execution and the ability to generate measurable outcomes,” he adds.

The UK, a benchmark for provider evaluation

Achieving Gold status carries particular significance in the UK, where the Learning and Performance Institute serves as a key reference point in provider evaluation.

In this market, characterised by high competition and more structured procurement processes, accreditation acts as an independent validation mechanism for accessing larger-scale projects.

“The UK is one of the markets where impact-based evaluation criteria were adopted earliest. This accreditation strengthens our ability to compete in that environment,” explains Ezquerro.

From training provider to capability partner

The LPI report highlights Netex’s model, built on the combination of proprietary technology (Netex Cloud), content production (Netex Studio), and consulting and deployment services.

This approach responds to a growing demand in the sector, where organisations are seeking providers capable of supporting the development of organisational capabilities.

A milestone in a transforming sector

The Gold Accreditation comes at a time when the sector is shifting towards more outcome-driven models closely linked to business competitiveness. After 15 consecutive years of evaluation, this recognition consolidates Netex’s position within this evolving landscape.

“The market is moving away from a volume-based model towards one centred on capability and performance. This recognition confirms that this shift is already operational,” concludes the CEO of Netex.
