An AI Expert is a personalised virtual tutor, available 24/7 within Netex Cloud. It is designed to instantly resolve doubts and guide the learning process using the training materials you already have on your platform.
You start by setting its name, avatar, and behaviour instructions. Then, you assign a knowledge base—this could include courses, learning paths, documents, or even Internet access—and define which users can interact with it. From there, employees can ask questions freely, and the Expert will respond with accurate, contextual answers, always citing the source.
In this initial version, the Expert can search through indexed courses and learning paths, xAPI content created in Author and stored in Drive, PDF documents in Drive, and plain text such as titles and descriptions. Future updates will allow it to work with SCORM packages created in Author, third-party SCORM and xAPI content, and video-based materials.
Yes, but only if you choose to enable it. You have full control to activate or deactivate online search capabilities. When enabled, the Expert can enrich its answers with up-to-date information from trusted external sources, while keeping your data secure at all times.

We’re working on adding proactive content recommendations, smart reinforcement based on the forgetting curve, and interactive simulations to further enhance the learning experience.
