The 13th edition of the We Love Learning Summit will take place on 5 February 2026 at the Palau de Congressos de Barcelona, as part of a congress that will bring together companies, institutions and experts to analyse the impact of technology and, especially, artificial intelligence on education and training.

This flagship event on corporate learning and talent development will be held in Barcelona and will be integrated into EdTech Congress Barcelona, one of the most important professional gatherings in the EdTech sector nationally, with growing international visibility.

This integration marks a new stage for the event, which until now had been held as an independent gathering, and will strengthen its connection with an ecosystem where innovation, educational technology and new talent strategies converge, expanding its reach and visibility within a shared agenda alongside the wider EdTech sector.

Content focused on real impact

The 2026 edition will focus on the topics shaping the future of corporate learning: artificial intelligence applied to training, personalised learning pathways, upskilling and reskilling, data-driven learning, and real business impact case studies.

The programme will combine the perspectives of L&D and educational technology experts with experiences from large organisations, including a specific focus on the financial sector, which is undergoing a profound transformation in its digital training models. In this context, Barcelona will also be the setting for sharing insights and reflections on how large companies are approaching skills development at scale.

We Love Learning 2026 reinforces Netex’s commitment to a more strategic approach to corporate learning—one that is connected to the business and focused on generating real impact within organisations. The 2026 edition will be of particular interest to the financial sector. Barcelona is home to CaixaBank, an organisation that is implementing a new large-scale digital training model supported by Netex Cloud technology. This is one of the most significant corporate training projects in Spain in terms of user volume and organisational scale.

An event with purpose

NASCO Feeding Minds

One of the main objectives of We Love Learning is to promote learning in all its dimensions.

Our social purpose is a core part of everything we do. We Love Learning Summit 2023 collaborates with NASCO Feeding Minds, whose mission is to “Feed minds” by creating computer classrooms in rural areas of Ghana, because education is the path to reversing the problem of forced migration.

Ousman Umar, its founder, will join us during the event to share a meaningful day of reflection and learning with you.
