Andrea encourages people to be 'future fit' through writing, speaking & delivering digital programs. A former television news reporter and Washington D.C. correspondent, Andrea’s obsession for growing careers led her to found FutureFit in 2012. She is the author of the newly released book Future Fit: How to Stay Relevant and Competitive in the Future of Work, winner of the Australian Business Book of the Year 2019.
Mario has been the Head of the Teaching Programming and Quality Management Service and Head of the Training Service of the Galician Public Foundation School of Health Administration. Since 2018, he has been the Director of the Knowledge and Talent Management Area of ACIS.
Rodrigo is Business Director at Santillana Colombia. He has been in charge of the management and implementation of the Educational Systems projects since 2011. He is involved in the development of products and services and the evolution of the business, after having been in charge of General Editions in 2009.
For Nick, learning and development can transform business success when integrated into the workplace and with organisational culture as a driver. He currently works at Frasers Group as part of a diverse team driving learning and development within the Group, and leading the digital learning agenda. He leads the rollout of a Group-wide elearning platform.
Ana has been working for 17 years on how learning can contribute to the professional and personal development of the people who are part of companies. For the last few years, she has been developing the concept of employee experience, which broadens the approach to people beyond their development, also working on their wellbeing and care in the professional environment.
Lewis has been involved in the retail learning side of Evans Cycles' business, with a focus within their digital learning offering, which has helped them engage all levels of staff to help foster a learning culture. He currently works with Nick Coley within the Frasers Group leading the digital agenda throughout the business, keeping learning experience at the core of everything they produce.
Martin has been working for more than 15 years in business and executive education supported by technology and online media, as well as in educational innovation. An international speaker and associate professor at IE University, he is also one of the project leaders of the UNWTO Tourism Online Academy.
Ellen is Innovation Manager and member of the board of SPL. She has a long history in the world of Dutch Vocational Education. She is also involved in the managing board of EuroPen-Pen, the international network of practice enterprises. SPL develops teaching and exam material for practical learning for students in secondary vocational education.
He is a determined and a self motivated sanguine, who has stride and strived through the torture of the desert, the mafia and the thundering mediterranean in quest for education and information. He has completed a Bachelors degree in Public Relations and Marketing. Ousman set up this NGO to give back to society what society could not offer him as a child,education and ICT.
For over 20 years, she has driven organizational transformation and change through learning and development. In Ford, she developed new ways to support individuals and the organization through downsizing and restructuring. In her 8 years with Amazon, she found innovative ways to use learning as a key lever to solve real business problems, such as the launch of a digital learning experience to grow perpetual mastery and enable discovery in the unique Amazonian learning culture.
Elisa is a Primary Education teacher. After working in several educational centres for 19 years, she started her consultancy work for the learning and integration of digital technologies. She is currently involved in the management of the Use and Quality of ICT in the Educational Environment Project (Operational Programme FEDER Canary Islands 14-20) and the Plan for the Digitalisation of Education in the 21st Century in the Canary Islands, among others.
Sergio is a Pre-School teacher and an expert in educational computing. He currently performs coordination tasks in the Educational Technology Area of the Government of the Canary Islands, where he participates, among others, in the Plan for the Digitisation of Education in the 21st Century, and in the design and management of the Use and Quality of ICT in the Educational Environment Project (Operational Programme ERDF Canary Islands 14-20).
