Netex awarded €600k R&D Grant for GCOACH project

The Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism has granted Netex in collaboration with their technology partner Gradiant, over 600,000 Euros for a new R&D programme to develop GCOACH. This exciting new technology will allow adaptive gamification of learning environments based on learning analytics techniques “. GCOACH is a powerful software engine capable of measuring, gamifying and customising learning experiences for corporate environments, in a dynamic way. The technology is based on Learning Analytics, cognitive psychology and social networks analysis, combining to create a gamified experience tailored to each employee Some of the applications of this engine are:

  • Competency-based training management.
  • Curation and content recommendation.
  • Personalised learning.
  • Smart Gamification.
  • Learning Analytics.

This project has been funded by the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, as part of the National Plan for Scientific Research, Technological Development and Innovation 2013-2016, with reference number TSI-100600-2015-38.
