Netex wins Silver at the 2022 Brandon Hall Awards in Best Advance in Mobile Learning Technology

For the fourth consecutive year, Netex has been awarded at the prestigious Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards.

Netex has received the Silver award in the “Best Advance in Mobile Learning Technology” category for their project with General Mills and their Häagen-Daz stores. They are incredibly proud of the “My Häagen” project.

These awards are granted by a jury of HR international experts, based on different factors: value for the company, tech innovation, unique project assets, technical features, and actual results.

From our research, we know that more than half of organizations say it is critical to advance the HCM technology ecosystem to succeed in the future of work. Winners of our Excellence in Technology awards are the pace-setters in ensuring employers have the leading-edge tools they need to evolve and prosper in the challenging environment we all work in.

MyHäagen: the way technology revolutionized the L&D strategy of the Häagen Daz stores

In 2020, General Mills and Netex started to work together on a project that not only aimed for digitalisation, but also the accessibility, flexibility and motivation of their teams inside the Häagen-Dazs stores across 32 countries.

My Häggen is the result of this venture, an e-learning platform especially designed for mobile devices, empowering users to access their learning catalogue whenever and wherever.

This is how Ana González Piris, Training and Data Manager at General Mills, described the project at Netex’s last We Love Learning webinar:
