Banco Santander, the principal financial group in Spain and Latin America, has requested a bespoke Learning Express content creation project for training workers from mobile devices through Netex learningApp. The objective of this initiative is to reinforce the knowledge of 500 operational profile users, in quality protocol and customer service, throughout the network of branch offices.
